We are looking for an INTERNAL SALES EMPLOYEE (m/f/d) to support the Sales & Logistics department at our location in Bad Homburg.

YOUR PROFILE
 
  • completed commercial education (preferably in wholesale and foreign trade, industrial business management, logistics)
  • professional experience in trade and/or logistics of bulk cargo is of advantage
  • strong organisational skills, a structured way of working and the ability to carry out tasks independently
  • your strengths include professional and friendly communication skills both in internal and external relations and a high level of service-orientation
  • confident handling of common MS Office programmes and experience with Microsoft Dynamics/Navision or another common processing system (not mandatory)
  • very good written and spoken English and good German language skills

YOUR TASKS

  • supporting the project managers with administrative activities in the areas of purchasing,
    logistics and sales
  • execution and administration of:

    • purchasing requests
    • orders
    • transport and warehouse processing
    • Inventory monitoring and management
    • sales order planning
    • schedule monitoring
    • invoicing

  • communication written and via phone with:
    • suppliers
    • logistics service providers
    • customers
  • internal communication and support of the team in the handling day-to-day business
  • flexible working methods and support of team members when required
